Terms and Conditions

1. Professional Service

All treatments are delivered by a qualified massage therapist and are designed to support muscular health, recovery, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing. Massage therapy is complementary to, and not a replacement for, medical care or diagnosis.

2. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance. A consultation form must be completed prior to your first treatment. Accurate health information must be provided at each visit. Appointments are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

3. Payments

All treatments must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. Lotus Blossom Massage Therapy accepts cash, card, and bank transfer. If payment is not received in advance, the appointment may be released. Prices may be updated periodically; confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of the treatment fee. Failure to attend without notice will result in the full treatment fee being retained. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time; full payment still applies. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments.

5. Health Conditions & Contraindications

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgeries, or pregnancy prior to treatment. Deep tissue massage may not be suitable for certain conditions. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if deemed unsafe.

6. Treatment Expectations

Deep tissue massage involves firm pressure and may result in temporary tenderness for up to 48 hours. Clients are advised to stay hydrated. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Professional Boundaries

All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be retained.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

9. Liability

Lotus Blossom Massage Therapy accepts no liability for injuries or adverse reactions where medical conditions have not been disclosed. Clients accept responsibility for their own health decisions.

10. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash and lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

11. Amendments

Lotus Blossom Massage Therapy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
